Born from a real need
For years I juggled Zoom, separate EMDR tools, paper notes, and scattered files. No solution was designed for EMDR therapy.
The cognitive overload of managing everything kept me away from what really matters: my patients.
I wanted a platform that unified all of this while treating my patients' data with the privacy they deserve. Since it didn't exist, I found a way to make it happen.

EMDR Digital is a teletherapy platform designed specifically for EMDR therapists. It integrates secure video calls with bilateral stimulation tools (visual and auditory), automatic session transcription, and intelligent report generation. It's designed for therapists who want to offer professional and secure online EMDR sessions.
Yes. Our platform is designed to comply with GDPR. All infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (servers in Germany and Spain) and your patients' data is processed and stored exclusively in the EU. This includes the right to erasure, data portability, and informed consent.
The platform processes each session transcription to extract key information: narrative summary, ICES (image, cognition, emotion, body sensation), mentioned people, important dates, and follow-up recommendations. All processing is done on Google Cloud servers in Madrid, ensuring data remains in the EU.
Recording is optional and requires explicit patient consent. When enabled, the session audio is recorded, transcribed, and automatically deleted once the transcription is complete. Only you, as the therapist, have access to transcriptions and generated reports. You can delete them from your account at any time.
You only need a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and a stable internet connection. No software installation required. Your patients don't need to create an account either: they receive a unique link to join the video call.
Each therapist has a unique, permanent professional URL they can share with all their patients. The patient simply opens the link, no account creation or codes needed. They enter a virtual waiting room where you decide when to admit them, ensuring only authorized people join the video call.
We're preparing different plans to adapt to each therapist's needs, including a free plan with basic features. The first therapists to join the waitlist will receive special conditions as founding therapists.
